I recently appointed to perform a Internet Marketing sales page for a piece of land in Klang Kapar.

What I did is launch a PPC campaign to promote it! I have learn a lot from this experience because this is my 1st time promotion for such deals.

What happen is once I put the Adwords PPC for this, I was getting search > 1000 impressions per day for 1st and 2nd days! But due to extremly low CTR, I believe Google had slamped me. I can’t promote the ad at <$0.05 anymore!

So what do you do?

I had paused the campaign, relook into the keywords that I’m targetting.  I realised that my mistake is taking too many keywords and dump them into a Ad Group! So I separate the keyword by category, and make each ad group is only up to max of 9 keywords that I’m targeting.

These had helped me to achieve better quality score!

Now I known that the search term for land sale is huge in Malaysia! Try this and have fun!
